NX Engineering Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Yasuo Miyazaki; hereinafter “the NX”) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the special transportation of a “Tsubame” Shinkansen train car. This operation was conducted as part of the Kyushu Shinkansen 15th Anniversary Project. NX seamlessly managed the entire logistics process, including the outbound transport from Kumamoto Port to Hakata Station and the return journey following the exhibition.
The project garnered significant public interest and was widely featured in the media as "the journey of a train car that overcame the earthquake," symbolizing recovery from the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake.
