1. Pioneering wind power equipment transporting and installation techniques

We began to take work in wind power equipment transporting and installation starting in the early '90s, contributing significantly to the advancement of renewable energy in Japan. We installed about 70% of all wind power equipment found in Japan.
We are also pioneers of transporting and installation work for Off-Shore wind power equipment , which are rising in numbers in recent years, and we take jobs in everything from handling customs clearance, stevedoring at pre-installation port, transportation, pre-installation, off-shore installation and commissioning work.

2. One-stop engineering source for services from surveying and planning up to construction

To see a project through to completion, it is important to select a port for ocean-going vessels transporting wind power equipment manufactured outside Japan, investigate the land route to the wind farm, and design the transportation route to the wind farm.
We offer one-stop engineering solutions for this advanced surveying and design work, marine shipping from international manufacturers, and transporting and installation from the port to the wind farm.

3. Advanced technologies and techniques to handle customer needs

We developed and patented "blade lifter" systems for safely transporting long wind turbine blades through mountainous or urban settings. The systems were meant to work with the 30-meter blades used at the time but can handle even the blades used with modern turbines at over 60 meters in length.
We also use 3D measurements for precision and efficiency in considerations that previously took extended deliberations.

Tower Schnable Trailer
A specialty vehicle for sandwiching outsize wind power equipment towers between trailer parts. As the first in Japan to adopt this system, we are able to transport wide-diameter towers that would've been impossible previously.
Blade Lifter
Blade Lifter
This patented system was a joint development between us and the equipment manufacturer, and it can transport long wind turbine blades even in tight mountain and urban environments. Its ability to stand blades upright and rotate them allows it to avoid collisions with obstacles.
